Ticket Resale Notice

To ensure the best price and the most reliable service, Jasper Arts strongly encourages patrons to purchase tickets directly through our official ticket page: www.jasperarts.org/tickets

Jasper Arts is not affiliated with, and does not authorize, third-party reseller platforms such as StubHub, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, or similar sites unless expressly stated otherwise by Jasper Arts.

Tickets offered through third-party sites may be listed at prices far above face value and may include additional fees. Jasper Arts cannot guarantee the price, validity, delivery timing, or customer service associated with tickets purchased through unauthorized resale platforms.

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, refund or exchange options will be available only to patrons who purchased directly from Jasper Arts, in accordance with our ticketing policies. Anyone who purchased through a third-party reseller must work directly with that reseller for any refund or dispute.

Accessible Seating Notice
Accessible seating at the Jasper Arts Center is reserved for guests with mobility disabilities or other disabilities requiring the accessibility features provided by these locations, and for their companions.

By purchasing accessible seating, the purchaser confirms that a member of the party requires those features or that the tickets are being purchased on behalf of a person who does.
Medical documentation is not required.

Accessible seating tickets may be transferred under the same terms and conditions as other tickets. However, if no member of the ticket holder’s party requires the accessible features of the seating and the space is needed to accommodate a guest with a disability, Jasper Arts reserves the right to relocate the ticket holder to available non-accessible seating of comparable face value.

Guests who require a wheelchair space or removal of a theatre chair are encouraged to notify the Jasper Arts Box Office in advance so the seating area can be configured appropriately.
